MVPI Top Management is very pleased to announce its sincere congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense God Bless them and to the Saudi people on the occasion of the 88th National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Asking God Almighty to preserve our country and to perpetuate the blessing of security and stability. On this occasion, MVPI announces that the national day holiday for all stations will be on Sunday 13/1/1440 H corresponding to 23/09/2018, and all stations will resume their services on Monday 14/1/1440 H corresponding to 24/09/2018.

Value Added Tax

In line with the announcement by the General Authority for Zakat and Income in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to implementing the value added tax (VAT) starting from 1st January 2018, a standard rate of (5%) will be applied to all inspection fees and this tax will be incurred by the customers.

When to Inspect my Vehicle?

As it is scheduled by the authority of car periodic checkup which was approved by his royal highness the minister of interior, you can checkup your car at the stations at any time. And also the car must be checked as follows:

  1. According to the group of the car it is checked annually or every six months.
  2. At traffic procedures.
  3. At travel time.
  4. When it is sold or purchased
  5. When there is any defect in it.
  6. When you desire to check expected defect.
  7. You should check your car after any traffic accident.
  8. When you need to make intrinsic change on its machine, skeleton or color.
  9. Second hand car brought from abroad when owner want to give it Saudi Number Plate.

Absher Data

Dear Vehicle Owner, If your vehicle passes the test and its data is not available on Absher then please make sure that the vehicle data on Estimarah / Vehicle Document is matching with MVPI inspection report data especially the Chassis number, which can be validated from the vehicle itself. In case data in Estimarah is wrong against the vehicle data itself or MVPI inspection report, please visit any Traffic department to correct it and then you can call the concerned MVPI station asking them to resubmit your data to NIC. 1. The original Estimara (Registration Card).
2. Vehicle Information Print from Traffic office.
3. Attested Estimara photocopy ( from traffic department).
4. Original Customs card of imported vehicle or a stamped photocopy from the issuer.
5. Estimara photocopy stamped from car agency (for vehicles sold based on Lease purchase system)
